If this home is available during your vacation, don't pass it up! It was the perfect place for our multi-family stay. The layout offered plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some privacy while still having inviting common areas where everyone could gather together. The house was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. The breathtaking view from the back deck was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Having a grocery store just down the street was incredibly convenient, and it was only a short drive to Grand Lake, which made for a fun day of shopping, dining, and exploring. This house was perfect for my birthday getaway! It looked just like the photos, Will was super helpful, and the house fit 16 adults comfortably. We grilled, used the hot tub, went for a walk in the neighborhood and crafted in the living room. Stunning views. If I need an Grandby accommodation in the future I'll be back!!
