Ski-In/Out, rare 3 bedroom condo in Base Camp One right at the base of Ski Granby Ranch! The condo sleeps comfortably 8 people in 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 bunk beds. The amenities include access to community pool and hot tub at Granby Ranch, 2 balconies, TVs, WIFI/High speed internet, and much more. 7 minutes drive you will find City Market, Starbucks, McDonald's, Subway and a liquor store. Anything you need is just minutes away. Our condo's location could not be better for all adventures Grand County has to offer - you are 20 minutes away from Winter Park, 30 minutes to the three lakes, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park!
Sleeping arrangements are as following:
Master Bedroom - King bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen bed
3rd Bedroom - Bunk bed - full over full (sleep 4)
Community pool is available now, but you must purchase a day pass for $20 fee per person, per day.

Best place to stay at Granby Ranch. Felt right at home at the condo. Responsive. Right at the mountain. Ski lockers on the first floor. Garage parking. Pretty much everything you can ask for in a ski trip!

We visit Granby Ranch every year and have been coming for the past 12 years. Over that time, we've stayed in several Base Camp condos, and this one was a great experience. The condo was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Our group included four adults and three boys (ages 19, 17, and 16), and we had plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.
