Welcome to our gorgeous, newly built, 2 bedroom condo near Granby, the "heart" of Grand County. The condo sleeps comfortably 6 people in 1 King bed and 2 full beds. The amenities include access to community pool and hot tub at Granby Ranch, 2 balconies, TVs, WIFI/High speed internet, and much more. Just across the highway from this condo you will find City Market, Starbucks, McDonald's, Subway and a liquor store. Anything you need is just minutes away. Our condo's location could not be better for all adventures Grand County has to offer - you are 20 minutes away from Winter Park, 30 minutes to the three lakes, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Community pool is available now, but you must purchase a day pass for $10 fee per person, per day.
Ski Granby Ranch, is a four season retreat just 15 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort, offers year round activities for everyone. The condo in Granby was perfect! great basecamp for RMNP adventures. My fellow east coasters--do not be afraid about no A/C. We stayed in the hottest part of summer and it was always comfy in the condo with the windows open. This is a great condo!
