Welcome to our beautiful, Ski In/Out, 2 bedroom condo on the slopes of Ski Granby Ranch. The condo sleeps comfortably 6 people in 3 beds and 2 more on a pullout couch. The amenities include access to community pool and hot tub at Granby Ranch, fully stocked kitchen, 2 TVs, WIFI/High speed internet, and much more. Anything you need is just minutes away. Our condo's location could not be better for all adventures Grand County has to offer - you are 25 minutes away from Winter Park, 30 minutes to the three lakes, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park!
Sleeping arrangements are as following:
Master Bedroom - Queen bed
2nd Bedroom - 2 double beds
Community pool is available now, but you must purchase a day pass for $10 fee per person, per day. Kicking Horse complex has it's own Hot Tub available free of charge to our guests.
Ski Granby Ranch, is a four season retreat just 15 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort, offers year round activities for everyone. In late spring the Golf Granby Ranch Course opens with 18 holes incorporating mountains, wetlands, trees and meadows. My son and his wife and little boy stayed with us in Grandby for 5 nights over New Years Eve and New Years day. We all think it was a perfect condo, right on Kicking Horse lift, they could hop on right out the door. and when the sun came up and warmed the air my 4 year old went with us to take a lesson, he was on the bunny slope the next day skiing straight down without falling. My daughter-in -law as skiing blues, the second day with my son. No lift lines and the weather was amazing. - (Feb 2024)

Loved our stay in Granby! It was literally a little winter wonderland! We rode snow mobiles, learned to ski at Granby ranch, tubed, and road the train at Leadville. Great family trip!
