This is a gorgeous new home in Granby Ranch, situated right on the Golf Course! The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances of the home, and also at Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. The three lakes, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake, are all within a 30 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, all types of boating, and much more.
The home sleeps comfortably 14 people in beds. This is a 3 level home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, deck, two living areas, and a loft with a queen futton! Two master bedrooms on the main level - one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. The lower level has two additional bedrooms: one has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with 2 full sized beds. The bunk beds can sleep 4 kids, 2 on the bottom and 2 on top. There is also a queen air mattress in the storage room downstairs.
The home offers and exceptional outdoor patio which includes a Hot Tub, Gas Fire Pit, and an Outdoor Bar and Grill! The front and back patio of the house are equipped with a Snow Melt System which will melt the snow automatically!
Community pool is available now, but you must purchase a day pass for $10 fee per person, per day.
The location of this home gives you easy access to the best of Colorado mountains: Skiing at Granby Ranch, golfing at Headwaters Golf Course, boating at Lake Granby, hiking hundreds of miles of trails with amazing views of the Continental Divide, and fly fishing on Fraser River. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances in Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

We had such a blast at this property for thanksgiving. It was totally big enough for 12 people. The home is cozy and in a gorgeous area. We loved using the hot tub and going for walks in neighborhood. The views are incredible and the property manager was great at communicating. The kitchen has a lot of cookware that made our Thanksgiving possible! There is a loft area that totally counts as another bedroom if you need the space.

House was exactly as pictured; amenities were more than we could have imagined...perfect size and layout for 3 adult kids and daughter in law, my husband and myself and 17 month old granddaughter; will definitely book again. Only glitch were directions; probably would be easier for guests to turn into grandby ranch (sic) then continue on
