Gorgeous 3 bedroom home near Granby Ranch, is perfect for a weekend getaway or a family vacation. The home is centrally located and is close to all of our major attractions including Ski Granby Ranch, Winter Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Granby, Lake Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake.

THE EXTRAS

Guest amenities include Wi-Fi, deck with table and furniture, gas grill,and a washer/dryer.  The home does not have air-conditioning. 

The location of this home gives you easy access to the best of Colorado mountains: Skiing at Granby Ranch, golfing at Grand Elk Golf Course, boating on Lake Granby, hiking hundreds of miles of trails with amazing views of the Continental Divide, and fly fishing on Fraser River.  Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances in Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

· Trailers, campers, RV's, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight
· ATV's, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties
· No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
· Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
· Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted
