This is a gorgeous new home situated in Sunset Ridge, an upscale neighborhood next to the Devils Thumb Resort.  The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attraction: Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort and Ski Granby Ranch are both a short b. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances of the home at either Devil's Thumb Resort or at Snow Mountain Ranch. The three lakes, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake, are all within a 40 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, all types of boating, and much more.
 
The home sleeps comfortably 10 people in beds.  This is a 2 level home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, deck, two living areas, a pool table and a hot tub!
