Wonderful location, house was lovely and rooms exactly as described! Plenty of space for a group of 11. View from the master bedroom was exceptional. Hot tub a nice add. And we even had a fox swing by for a visit! Easy access to close by restaurants and shopping. Skiing in Winterpark just 20min away! Make sure to rent 4w or all wheel drive if visiting during winter months! Hosts were communicative and easy to deal with. Absolutely recommend this rental!! - (Feb 2024)

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The home was very clean and it was quite easy to get a hold of the owners. Great location! The house was rather warm but cooled down once the windows were opened for a cross breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with a few friends. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The location is quiet. Several deer walked by one evening while we were in the hottub. Would stay here again.

My husband and I wanted a mountain get away with our adult children and our grandchildren. We had ample sleeping space in comfortable beds. The proximity to Granby Lake gave us many options for fun activities.

Stayed here with wife and 3 kids plus my parents. Our group of 7 was very comfortable in the house, it could easily hold 2-3 more comfortably. Nice views overlooking the valley and mountains to the west. Good size hot tub on back porch easy to use and comfortably holds 4 people at a time. The house has stairs to get to the main level, which wasn't an issue, just something to be aware of. Good size front deck facing west, very pleasant in the evenings. 2 car garage to park in or small parking area just outside of garage. Drive way is steep, not an issue in summer, maybe interesting to get up/down in winter. Very easy check in / check out process.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beaver Lodge. The home was clean, well stocked, and spacious. The hot tub and soaking tub in the master bathroom were phenomenal. You can relax on the deck for hours looking at the rolling hills and wildlife. Birds, bats, beavers, dogs and bears were a DAILY sight. The property manager, Will, was fantastic at answering questions for us prior to our stay. If we ever visit the area again, we will absolutely stay here. We may visit again JUST to stay here. We only have two suggestions for the property/owner. A simple gate added onto the deck would be a great idea. Something simple and inexpensive, maybe with a bell, just to warn tenants that an animal is approaching the deck. The wildlife made the trip so wonderful, but we were a little anxious about how accessible the house was to them. Also, I would definitely add a picture of the soaking tub to the website. It was such a lovely surprise. We would have booked so much sooner had we known about it. Our stay was wonderful, anyone considering this property should stop considering and go ahead and reserve.

We had such a great time! The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. Plenty of towels for showers and hot tubbing. The kitchen table was awesome, enough chairs for all of us to sit and eat together while playing card games.

Just like my home away, had everything you need and more. Place was clean inside and out, location was perfect, close to stores but far away from crowd. Hot tub is a plus, plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable, had plenty plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen had everything you need and then some, living room is big and comfy, including the second one downstairs.
