As a realtor, property manager, and owner of numerous homes that he leases out to his many clients, Will is as well versed on the local market as you could hope for a real estate professional to be. He knows the ins and outs of the business. He takes the time to identify exactly what a given client is looking for. He markets properties that he’s trying to sell to as wide an audience as possible. If he is assisting in a purchase, he will give his potential buyer as many options, insight, and advice as one could hope for. His priority is serving his clients — be they sellers, buyers, or renters — to the very best of his ability. He is not happy unless his client is happy. He doesn’t steer someone to an outcome that benefits him. That is not his ultimate interest because at the end of the day, he only considers himself to be successful if/when his client’s needs are met. I could not recommend him more strongly!!!
