After leaving a national property manager we hired Will with Grand Escapes to manage our property. What a world of difference. He was prompt and responsive to all our needs. Our rental income was always sent timely, as well. We just sold our property but would use Grand Escapes again in the future and would highly recommend!
We also used Will to sell the property which allowed us to continue to rent it while it was for sale. He was just as responsive to our needs on the sales side. We valued his counsel during the process and he helped us get top dollar for our property.

Grand Escapes has been extremely helpful and professional in managing our property. We are new property owners and had a lot of questions on how to manage a rental property. Will from Grand Escapes has helped us get the property ready and has done an excellent job in renting our property for us. We have been completely hands off while will manages everything from top to bottom. the company’s handyman service has been outstanding in performing some changes to the house. The cleaning service has done such an excellent job that we now schedule the cleaning service even when we use the house ourselves.
